LOUVIERE, STRATTON & YOKEL, LLC (LSY) is a full-service architecture and laboratory planning firm specializing in the design of innovative and complex facilities. Since its founding in 1999, LSY has provided design services for over four million square feet of space for prestigious healthcare, higher education, scientific research, and institutional clients in the public and private sector. These projects range from new laboratory buildings and fit outs, to major whole building modernizations, as well as, highly targeted partial building renovations. We are nationally recognized for our expertise in laboratory design and, in particular, the rehabilitation of existing facilities, which forms the core of our practice. We have completed countless modernizations of existing, occupied buildings which have allowed our team to solve many challenges including complex construction phasing, structural limitations, exterior envelope energy deficiencies, and dated infrastructure. We employ a collaborative team approach to solving each challenge, steeped in a depth of knowledge and experience. Our principals play an active role in every project undertaken to ensure quality work and exceptional client service. While project requirements vary, LSY is consistent in collaborating with clients to provide creative solutions that fulfill each client’s unique aspirations and goals.
