Team Building
From team fitness challenges to company potlucks and Wednesday morning breakfasts, LSY enjoys coming together to celebrate our culture and work-life balance.
LSY is active in giving back to our community by supporting social, charitable, and volunteering programs. Over the years, we have gathered hundreds of pairs of socks, pounds of canned food and countless toys. In addition, we have broadened our collective understanding of our responsibility to the world around us, by introducing our favorite charities to each other. From treasuring our environment through clean water initiatives, to addressing human trafficking, to caring for the homeless, we show the diversity of our team, from the breadth of organizations we champion.
